BEFORE:
Novartis faced the challenge of promoting psoriasis treatment despite legal restrictions that prevent advertising medications through traditional media. The goal was to strategically communicate the effectiveness of these treatments.
AFTER:
We developed a web series that, through humor, gave visibility to patients suffering from this condition. We debunked misconceptions, raised awareness about the disease, and communicated its symptoms so people could identify it and seek timely treatment. We produced two seasons of the series, which was awarded the Best Practice prize by Novartis at their headquarters in Switzerland. Additionally, the production team was recognized as Supplier of the Year for their creativity.
